Nutrition Plan. A custom program offering a variety of flexible and personalized food suggestions, calorie and macronutrient targets included. Adjustments made as needed.

Fitness Plan. Individualized weekly workouts designed to accommodate personal preferences, goals, schedule, and equipment. Adjustments made every 4-6 weeks.

Accountability. Weekly online check-ins to ensure open communication, progress tracking, effective lifestyle support, and timely program adjustments.

Nutrition + Fitness + Accountability is $250 (4-weeks) or $700 (12 weeks)

Nutrition + Accountability is $200 (4-weeks)

Nutrition & Fitness Advisory (+$50, 30-min video chat or phone call). If coaching isn’t what you’re seeking, but rather guidance on your unique situation. This Add-on opens up a dialogue for questions, discussion, and strategic planning tailored to your needs.

​Video Check-Ins (+$75 per 4 weeks, bi-weekly 20-min video calls). Enhance your success via regular video check-ins. Real-time discussions boost learning, accountability, and support.

Meal Planning (+$100 per 4 weeks). 4-weeks of meal planning (recipes) tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals. Ideal for diverse eaters seeking the ultimate convenience.

Group Challenge

The 2024 Summer Group Challenge is an 6-week program from May 20th to June 30th, open to those wanting to improve their health and fitness while decreasing body fat. Each challenger will receive:

(doable at home with minimal equipment)

-access to the challenge Facebook Group-
